Vi Media has published the magazine VI for over 100 years. For a few years, the company has also been producing magazines, podcasts and digital media for assignment customers.

I was called in last winter to help formulate, highlight and give shape to that business. I've done it before. Developed just that type of business in agency form and sold just that type of consulting services. So this was a pleasant and fun trip for both parties.
